New NCRC web site

I finally got around to a massive update to the NCRC web site. Mostly you'll see the pages now have a maximum window width, but under the covers (for those who care) it's been complely converted to a CSS site and moved from Windows over to Linux hosting (ie ASP -> PHP).
If you have the old site bookmarked you may have to change the bookmark. It is now: http://www.ncracing.org/
If you have any trouble using the site, please let me know (dave@ncracing.org). The 90% of the site that is actually used has been converted, but some of the deep dark regions didn't get my time. And of course I may have made a mistake here or there.... ;)
