Which groups did you run in on the 4th and 5th? I too got the point by from the Carrera GT on Sat AM
about the 2nd lap and then had him back on the front straight as the checkered flew. I think they moved
it down several groups. That was a great weekend.

Nice lines. I enjoyed watching those videos. Just out of curiosity, were you on street tires or R-comps? I am always amazed at how fast those e36 M3's can be under the right hands. I saw the orange CGT in the paddocks on the Jan 24 SpeedVentures event, but he didn't get on the track.
Randy C, I noticed you were at the LS event too, but only after I saw your name on the SpeedVentures results. It was only my 2nd time at LS, so I drove in the beginner and intermediate group.
Anybody know what kind of lap differences one sees at LS between street tires and r-comps?

Here is a short video from a lap at this weeks Laguna Event, in my little Fiat 128. The sound is terrible, as I left my window net down, and had to modify my muffler/exhaust to meet the 92db limit. The videos usually sound much better at Thunderhill.

The little Fiat isn't fast, but it is fun. I was mostly running low 1.56:xxx laps. It was my first time at Laguna.

That was a really great event. I couldn't believe how lucky we were with the weather.
Here are two of my single-lap clips.
With a passenger, Turn 9 to Turn 9
With a braking error, Start-Finish to Start-Finish
My video crapped out on my best lap, naturally. And naturally, there
was a big gap (1.6 seconds) between my best time (1:42.35) and my data
logger's best theoretical time (1:40.80).
